Hospital Command Centre has three key functional areas: clinical management, bed capacity management, and resources management with a view to keeping track of the entire patient flow journey and condition monitoring from arrival at A&E to admission, transfer to rehabilitation hospital or discharge and enhancing the inter and intra-hospital operational efficiency and patient experience
